How it works
Chapters
REA identifies and recruits the strongest real estate-focused students from the city’s leading universities, bringing them together in small local teams, our chapters.
More about recruitmentLocal events
Chapters connect members directly with the local real estate industry through various event formats, creating valuable access for students and partners alike.

FAQ
Most chapters consist of around 15 selected members. Chapters are intentionally kept small to maintain REA’s rigorous recruitment standards and an active and closely connected community.
Members are selected locally through an application and interview process. We look for candidates with relevant experience and strong ambition in real estate, alongside a clear cultural fit and willingness to actively contribute to the network. More about recruitment
Yes. Many chapters are organised around a city or market rather than a single university, bringing together students from several leading institutions.
A typical chapter is led by a President, supported by a small board responsible for areas such as partnerships, events, recruitment and communications. The wider member group then contributes to chapter activities and initiatives throughout the year, while being connected to REA’s global operations.
A collaborating chapter is an existing university club or organisation that joins REA without giving up its own identity or structure. Its members gain access to selected opportunities across the wider network.
Chapters operate within REA’s global structure but have considerable freedom locally. Each team can shape its activities around its university, city and real estate market.
Most chapters recruit new members during dedicated recruitment periods but are also accepting applications throughout the year. You can find your nearest chapter and apply directly.
You can apply to establish one. We particularly look for strong founding teams in markets and universities where REA is not yet represented. If there is a strong fit, we support the chapter through its setup, recruitment and launch. Get in touch
