The chapter connects a strong local talent base with one of Europe’s most international real estate markets and a broad mix of Irish and global firms. Universities
Dublin is an important European real estate and investment market, shaped by a strong international corporate presence and significant activity across offices, residential, logistics, hospitality, and development. The city is home to a broad range of investors, developers, lenders, advisors, and asset managers, giving members exposure to both the Irish market and wider international capital flows.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Dublin and the wider Irish market. The chapter also benefits from a strong student community from Ireland's premier university, Trinity College Dublin.
Closer collaboration with REA’s UK chapters, particularly REA London, is planned, creating opportunities for joint events and stronger connections between members and firms across the Irish and UK markets.
