Uni Warsaw

Warsaw is the largest and most institutional real estate market in Poland and a key investment centre for Central and Eastern Europe. The city has attracted a deep base of international investors, developers, lenders, advisors, and asset managers, with significant activity across offices, logistics, residential, retail, and alternative sectors.

Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Warsaw and the wider Polish market. The city’s leading universities and increasingly international business environment also provide the chapter with a strong and ambitious pool of talent.

Given Warsaw’s position within the wider CEE region, the chapter also provides an important connection between local market expertise and REA’s broader European network, giving members access to relationships, firms, and opportunities beyond Poland.

"Warsaw is a market where local expertise and international capital really come together. REA gives us the chance to connect ambitious students directly with that ecosystem while opening up opportunities across the wider European network."
—Marta M. Wipler, President, REA Warsaw
