Lisbon has developed into one of Southern Europe’s most dynamic real estate markets, supported by strong activity across residential, hospitality, offices, development, and alternative sectors. The city combines a well-established group of local investors and developers with growing international capital, creating a market that is both highly relevant locally and increasingly connected to the wider European investment landscape.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Lisbon and the wider Portuguese market. The chapter also benefits from a strong and internationally oriented student base across the city’s leading universities and business schools.
REA Lisbon works closely with the wider Iberian network, with joint initiatives planned alongside REA Madrid and REA Barcelona. These formats are designed to bring together members across Portugal and Spain and create stronger access to firms, opportunities, and relationships across the region.
