Office visits are one of REA’s most common formats and can range from a focused one-hour session to a half-day programme with breakfast or lunch.

Inside the firm

While every visit is structured differently, the core idea is simple: members get direct access to the firm and the people working there. Professionals – sometimes across several teams – introduce the business, recent transactions, current priorities, career paths and the work their teams actually do. Many sessions are designed to be interactive, with open discussions, Q&A or even a live case study.

A setting that works both ways

Most visits conclude with informal networking, giving members the chance to ask more personal questions and build direct relationships with professionals. That is what makes the format so effective. Members experience the firm, its culture and its people first-hand, while the company meets highly interested talent in a close, natural setting – inside its own office.
