Vancouver is one of Canada’s most distinctive real estate markets, shaped by strong population growth, constrained land supply, significant international capital, and major activity across residential, development, industrial, and mixed-use sectors. Its position on the Pacific coast also gives the city strong links to capital and markets across both North America and Asia.
REA Vancouver works in collaboration with the UBC Real Estate Club, an established student community with strong industry engagement and a highly motivated member base. Selected students gain access to REA’s cross-border events, City Trips, network, and wider opportunities, while REA benefits from the club’s strong local presence and relationships across Vancouver’s real estate ecosystem.
Vancouver is also an important part of REA’s growing presence across Canada and North America. The chapter helps connect Canadian talent with other REA hubs across the continent and creates a strong West Coast anchor for broader cross-border initiatives.
