Singapore is one of Asia-Pacific’s leading real estate and capital markets, with a strong concentration of institutional investors, sovereign capital, private equity firms, developers, asset managers, and advisors. Its position as a regional headquarters for many global firms makes the city a natural meeting point for capital, talent, and ideas from across Asia and beyond.
The chapter focuses on bringing together some of the most ambitious students in Singapore and creating opportunities for them to build meaningful relationships with one another and with leading professionals across the industry. Through company events, market discussions, workshops, and other formats, members gain direct exposure to the people and perspectives shaping real estate across the region.
Closer collaboration with other REA chapters across APAC is also planned, alongside broader cross-border initiatives with the wider international network. This positions Singapore as an important hub for connecting talent and industry across APAC and beyond.
