Universities
Barcelona is an important real estate market in Southern Europe, with strong activity across residential, hospitality, logistics, offices, and urban development. While the market is relatively local compared with Europe’s largest financial centres, it attracts a broad mix of domestic and international investors and offers members exposure to a highly distinctive investment environment.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, market discussions, and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Barcelona and the wider Spanish market. The city’s strong universities and business schools provide the chapter with a particularly talented and internationally minded member base. Spanish proficiency is required to participate in the full chapter program.
REA Barcelona is also working increasingly closely with REA Madrid and REA Lisbon, with joint initiatives planned to bring together members from across the broader Iberian region and create stronger cross-city relationships and industry access.
