Abu Dhabi is a major global centre for institutional capital and an increasingly important real estate investment hub. The city combines some of the world’s largest sovereign and private investors with leading developers, asset managers, advisors, and financial institutions, while large-scale urban development continues to create opportunities across residential, hospitality, infrastructure, and commercial real estate.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, site visits, field trips and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE. The chapter gives students direct exposure to an investment ecosystem that is both deeply rooted in the region and increasingly influential across global markets.
Abu Dhabi also forms an important part of REA’s growing presence in the Middle East, connecting members with the international network and creating access to firms, people, and opportunities across one of the world’s fastest-evolving investment regions.
