Milan is the centre of Italy’s institutional real estate industry and one of Southern Europe’s most important investment hubs. The city brings together leading domestic and international investors, private equity firms, developers, lenders, asset managers, and advisors, with particularly strong activity across offices, residential, logistics, hospitality, and urban regeneration.
REA Milan works in collaboration with Bocconi Students for Real Estate (BSRE), drawing on an established community of highly ambitious students and strong connections to the local industry. Selected members gain access to REA’s wider international network, City Trips, cross-border events, and other opportunities, while REA benefits from BSRE’s strong presence within Bocconi and the Milan real estate ecosystem.
Through its combination of leading academic talent and a highly international industry, Milan also serves as an important connection point between the Italian market and REA’s wider European network.
