Madrid is a major European investment hub and the centre of Spain’s institutional real estate market, with a strong presence of international investors, private equity firms, lenders, developers, advisors, and asset managers. Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Madrid and the wider market. The chapter also benefits from a diverse and internationally oriented talent pool, reflecting Madrid’s growing importance as a European business and investment centre.
As REA’s Iberian hub, Madrid plays a central role in connecting members across the region. Joint initiatives with REA Barcelona and REA Lisbon are planned to bring together talent, firms, and opportunities across the broader Iberian market.
