Collaborating Club
Copenhagen is one of the leading real estate markets in the Nordics, with a strong presence of institutional investors, pension funds, developers, lenders, advisors, and international capital. The market is particularly recognised for its sophisticated investment landscape, high-quality urban development, and strong focus on sustainability, making it an important hub within the wider European real estate industry.
REA Copenhagen is built in collaboration with the CBS Real Estate Club, an established student community with strong local industry relationships and a highly engaged member base. Selected members participate in REA’s international network, City Trips, events, and other cross-border initiatives, while the wider network benefits from the club’s local strength and connections in Copenhagen.
For the 2026/27 academic year, further cross-border programming is planned around the Copenhagen hub, bringing members from different REA chapters together for joint industry events and creating stronger links between the Nordic market and the wider network.
