Doha has developed into an important real estate and investment hub in the Gulf, supported by substantial institutional capital, major infrastructure investment, and ambitious long-term urban development. The city combines leading domestic investors and developers with a strong international business presence, creating opportunities across hospitality, residential, commercial real estate, infrastructure, and large-scale mixed-use development.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, site visits, field trips, and project work with firms active across Doha and the wider Qatari market. The chapter gives members direct exposure to a market that combines significant domestic capital with an increasingly international investment perspective.
REA Doha also forms part of REA’s growing presence across the Middle East, with closer collaboration planned alongside REA Abu Dhabi and REA Saudi. Cross-border initiatives are designed to connect members across Gulf markets while linking the region’s talent and industry with REA’s wider international network.
