Auckland is New Zealand’s largest real estate market, with significant activity across residential, commercial, logistics, development, and infrastructure. The city combines a strong local property industry with an increasingly international outlook, giving students exposure to both domestic market dynamics and broader capital flows across the Asia-Pacific region.
REA Auckland builds on the strength of AUPSS and its established local community. Selected members gain access to REA’s cross-border events, joint initiatives, and wider network, while REA benefits from AUPSS’ strong student base and knowledge of the New Zealand market.
Closer collaboration with other REA chapters across APAC and beyond is planned, giving Auckland-based members the opportunity to build relationships and access experiences that extend far beyond their local market.
