REA Network is a non-profit foundation with an international operating model. Its governance is designed around one principle: decisions should remain close to the markets in which REA operates, while strategy, standards and major initiatives are coordinated across the wider network. That creates a clear structure from global to local.
Leadership
REA is led by its founders Dominik and Lukas Eberle, Joris Bodez and Oscar Stubbs, who oversee the overall direction and development of the organization. The leadership team coordinates REA’s strategy, international expansion, partnerships and the continued development of the network across regions.
Global Board
The Global Board manages the core functions required to operate REA internationally. Global responsibilities span areas such as recruitment, operations, finance, events and other network-wide initiatives, creating dedicated ownership of the systems and standards shared across chapters.
Regional Directors
Regional Directors connect the global organization with REA’s individual markets. Each oversees a defined part of the network, coordinates chapters across the region and supports local teams with expansion, partnerships and cross-border initiatives. This layer allows REA to operate at international scale without losing the differences between individual markets.
Local Boards
Every chapter is led by a President and a small local board. These teams are responsible for building the chapter in their own market – from recruiting members to organizing events and connecting their community with opportunities across REA. Local teams have the proximity and ownership to execute effectively in their city, while remaining part of the same regional and global structure.
Find local teamsAdvisory Board
Alongside the operating structure, REA is supported by an Advisory Board of senior industry professionals and academic figures across leading institutions and markets. Advisors contribute experience, perspective and relationships to both global and local teams, helping REA think beyond the immediate organization and stay closely connected to the industry and academia it serves. Shoutout to all advisors!
We’re just getting started
As REA continues to grow across markets, the organization behind it grows with it. We regularly introduce new roles, widen our global and regional teams, and bring more people into the work of building the network. The culture is lean, entrepreneurial and high-ownership. People are expected to take responsibility, move quickly and contribute well beyond a narrow job description. If you are interested in helping build REA, explore our open positions or simply get in touch!
