Saudi Arabia is undergoing one of the most significant transformations of any real estate market globally. Driven by Vision 2030, unprecedented investment is reshaping cities, infrastructure, tourism, hospitality, housing, and entirely new destinations, while attracting a growing ecosystem of domestic and international investors, developers, advisors, and financial institutions.
REA Saudi is designed to bring together outstanding students from leading institutions across the Kingdom into one national community. Members will engage with the industry through events, field trips, project work and other formats, while building relationships with peers pursuing careers across real estate and private markets.
A central ambition of the chapter is to support the wider goals of Vision 2030 by connecting Saudi talent with REA’s international network. Through cross-border initiatives, global industry relationships, and collaboration with chapters across EMEA, North America, and Asia, REA Saudi aims to create an exchange of talent, perspectives, and ideas around one of the world’s highest-potential real estate markets.
"Few markets globally combine Saudi Arabia’s scale of ambition with the pace at which that ambition is becoming reality. This resonates strongly with REA’s ambition and those of our members. REA Saudi is about connecting exceptional local talent with our international network, and our international network with the local market – and, with that, contributing to Vision 2030."
