Seoul is one of Asia’s most important real estate and capital markets, supported by major domestic institutions, developers, lenders, asset managers, and increasingly international investment activity. Its scale, density, and highly developed urban environment make it a particularly relevant market for students interested in real estate investment, development, and finance.
REA Seoul builds on the strength of the Seoul National University Real Estate Club, bringing selected members into REA’s broader ecosystem. Through cross-border events, joint initiatives, and connections with firms and peers across other chapters, members gain access to opportunities well beyond Korea.
Closer collaboration with other REA chapters across Asia-Pacific is planned, alongside broader initiatives with the global network. The aim is to connect Seoul’s exceptional student talent with ambitious peers and industry leaders across Asia and beyond.
