The Bay Area is one of the most important real estate and innovation markets in the United States, shaped by global technology companies, venture capital, life sciences, housing constraints, and major investment across offices, residential, data centres, and alternative sectors. Its combination of institutional capital, entrepreneurship, and continuous technological change creates a real estate environment that is difficult to replicate elsewhere.
Throughout the year, members take part in local formats with firms active across the Bay Area and wider California market. Collaboration with REA Los Angeles and REA San Diego connect members across California through joint events and regional initiatives, while REA Stanford also remains closely linked to the broader North American and global network.
