Houston is one of the most important real estate markets in the Sun Belt, supported by strong population growth, a major energy and corporate base, and significant investment across multifamily, industrial, logistics, offices, healthcare, and large-scale development. The city’s scale, global connectivity, and deep pool of investors, developers, lenders, operators, and advisors make it a major centre for real estate activity across Texas and the wider US.
Throughout the year, members take part in local formats with firms active across Houston and the wider Texas market. Closer collaboration with REA Dallas and REA Austin bring together members across Texas through joint events and regional initiatives. At the same time, REA Houston remains closely connected to the wider North American network, creating access to firms, peers, and opportunities well beyond the state.
