Universities
Austin has become one of the most important growth markets in the Sun Belt, driven by strong population growth, major corporate expansion, and sustained investment across multifamily, offices, industrial, data centres, and large-scale development. The city’s technology ecosystem and continued inflow of capital have created a highly active real estate market with a growing base of investors, developers, lenders, operators, and advisors.
Throughout the year, members take part in local formats with firms active across Austin and the wider Texas market. Closer collaboration with REA Dallas and REA Houston bring together members across Texas through joint events and regional initiatives. At the same time, REA Austin remains closely connected to the wider North American network, creating access to firms, peers, and opportunities well beyond the state.
