Universities
Dallas is one of the most important real estate markets in the Sun Belt, supported by rapid population growth, corporate relocations, and substantial investment across multifamily, logistics, offices, data centres, and large-scale development. The wider Dallas–Fort Worth region is home to a deep ecosystem of investors, developers, lenders, operators, and advisors, making it an increasingly important centre for real estate capital and activity in North America.
Throughout the year, members take part in local formats with firms active across Dallas and the wider Texas market. Closer collaboration with REA Houston and REA Austin bring together members across Texas through joint events and regional initiatives. At the same time, REA Dallas remains closely connected to the wider North American network, creating access to firms, peers, and opportunities well beyond the state.
