These terms govern the use of rea.network and the services REA Network Foundation makes available through it, including membership applications, partnership enquiries, event registrations and the REA Platform. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
REA Network Foundation is a non-profit foundation. Nothing on this site is an offer of employment, a guarantee of membership, or investment advice.
Using the site
You may read, share and reference the material on this site. In return, we ask that you use it honestly and do not disrupt it for anyone else.
- do not attempt to gain access to accounts, systems or data that are not yours;
- do not scrape, mirror or bulk-download the site, or use it to train models, without written permission;
- do not misrepresent your identity, your university or your firm when applying or enquiring;
- do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or harmful to others;
- do not use REA’s name, marks or member data to promote anything we have not agreed to.
We may suspend access where these terms are broken, or where doing so is necessary to protect members.
Membership and roles
Membership of a chapter, a place on a board and participation in REA programmes are granted through selection, and can be ended by either side. Applying does not create an entitlement. Where you are selected, the standards described in REA’s Global Recruitment Standard and the expectations of your chapter apply.
Roles inside REA are voluntary positions within a non-profit foundation unless a written agreement says otherwise. They do not create an employment relationship.
Partners and events
Partnership terms are agreed separately and in writing. Descriptions of formats on this site are indicative: what a given partnership includes is what the partnership agreement says it includes.
Events are run by chapters and by partner firms. Places are limited, and attendance may be subject to a partner’s own site rules, confidentiality expectations and access requirements.
Our content
The text, design, photography, illustrations and marks on this site belong to REA Network Foundation or to the firms and photographers who licensed them to us. Company logos are the property of their owners and appear here to describe real collaborations, not to imply endorsement.
Third-party figures, reports and articles cited on this site are attributed where they are used and remain the property of their publishers.
Accuracy and availability
We keep this site as accurate as we reasonably can, but parts of it describe programmes that are still being built. Figures, chapter counts, event details and timelines change. The site is provided as it is, without warranty, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability.
To the extent the law allows, REA Network Foundation is not liable for loss arising from use of this site or reliance on its content.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as REA grows. The version published here is the one that applies. Questions about them can go to info@rea.network.
