Universities
Toronto is the primary hub of Canada’s institutional real estate market and one of the most important investment centres in North America. The city brings together major pension funds, asset managers, private equity firms, developers, lenders, and advisors, with significant activity across multifamily, offices, industrial, development, infrastructure, and alternative sectors.
Throughout the year, members take part in local formats with firms active across Toronto and the wider Canadian market. As a central hub for REA Canada, the chapter also works closely with other Canadian teams – hosting and participating in broader cross-chapter initiatives across North America, bringing members together through joint events, City Trips, and wider industry collaboration.
