Beijing is a major centre for real assets, infrastructure, and institutional capital in China, home to leading financial institutions, investment managers, insurers, developers, and state-linked market participants. Its concentration of capital and decision-makers gives members a particularly strong perspective on how large-scale investment is allocated across real estate, infrastructure, energy, digital assets, and other strategic sectors.
