Collaborating Club
Helsinki is an important Nordic real estate market, with a strong presence of institutional investors, developers, lenders, advisors, and international capital. The market is shaped by sophisticated domestic investors, high-quality urban development, and a strong focus on sustainability and innovation, giving members exposure to a broad range of investment and development themes.
REA Helsinki works in collaboration with Fundi at Aalto University, building on an established student community with strong links to the Finnish real estate industry. Selected members gain access to REA’s international network, City Trips, cross-border events, and other opportunities, while the wider network benefits from Fundi’s local talent, knowledge, and industry relationships.
The chapter is also part of REA’s growing Nordic network, with closer collaboration planned alongside chapters in Stockholm, Copenhagen, and Oslo. Joint initiatives are designed to bring members across the region together and create stronger connections between Nordic talent, firms, and the wider international network.
