Universities
Vienna is a major real estate hub in the DACH and Central European region, with a strong presence of institutional investors, developers, lenders, advisors, and internationally active property companies. Its combination of a highly developed local market, long-term institutional capital, and strong links into Central and Eastern Europe gives members exposure to a particularly broad investment landscape.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, panels, informal events and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across Vienna and the wider Austrian market. The city’s strong universities and internationally oriented student population also provide the chapter with a highly capable and diverse talent base.
REA Vienna is closely connected to the wider DACH network, with joint initiatives planned alongside chapters in Germany and Switzerland. These cross-chapter formats are designed to bring members together across the region and create stronger access to firms, markets, and opportunities beyond Austria.
