REA Rotterdam
REA Rotterdam is where REA Network began. As the first REA chapter, it brings together ambitious students from Rotterdam and Delft, focused on real estate, private markets, and finance. What started as one local community has since grown into an international network. Applications for the 2026/27 academic year are open.

Universities
Rotterdam combines one of Europe’s most important logistics and industrial markets with a city shaped by continuous development and regeneration. Its position as Europe’s largest port, together with major residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, gives members exposure to a particularly broad range of real estate and investment themes.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, panels and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across the Dutch market. REA Rotterdam also works closely with REA Amsterdam and REA Groningen, bringing the Dutch chapters together for events and initiatives throughout the year.
As the inaugural REA chapter, Rotterdam remains an important part of the network’s identity. The focus is still the same as when it started: building a selective community of ambitious students, connecting them directly with the industry, and creating relationships that extend well beyond individual events or university years.
