Universities
London is one of the deepest and most international real estate markets globally, with an exceptional concentration of private equity firms, institutional investors, lenders, developers, advisors, and asset managers. Few cities bring together such a dense combination of capital, talent, and decision-makers, making London a strong hub for both the European and global real estate industry.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, workshops, case studies and recruitment-focused formats with firms active across London and internationally. The chapter also works closely with REA Oxford and REA Cambridge, creating stronger links between some of the UK’s leading academic institutions and the industry.
London also plays a central role in REA’s cross-border programming. The city regularly brings together members from multiple chapters through international events and City Trips, giving participants direct access to leading firms while strengthening relationships across the wider network.
