REA Penn State operates in collaboration with Old State Realty, Penn State’s student-run commercial real estate group, connecting selected students with REA’s wider North American and international network. The chapter builds on an already highly engaged real estate community and one of the strongest university-based talent pools in the region.

Collaborating Club
Penn State has developed a particularly strong student ecosystem around commercial real estate, with students pursuing careers across investment, private equity, development, lending, brokerage, and asset management. Through Old State Realty, members gain early exposure to the industry and build a strong foundation of technical knowledge, market awareness, and professional relationships.
REA Penn State builds on that existing strength, giving its members access to REA’s wider network, including cross-campus initiatives, City Trips, industry events, and relationships with students and firms across North America and internationally.
This gives Penn State members the ability to combine a strong campus real estate community with exposure far beyond the university itself.
