Site visits take REA members directly into the projects shaping a market. That can mean an active construction site, a newly completed development, a repositioning project or an established asset already in operation.
Learning from the people behind the asset
Visits are typically hosted together with the stakeholders closest to the project – from developers and property owners to asset managers and investment teams. Members learn how the project came together, what drove the investment and design decisions, how the asset is positioned and what challenges emerged along the way.
Real estate made tangible
What makes the format particularly valuable is the setting itself.
Instead of discussing a project through a presentation, members can walk through it, see the decisions in context and ask questions while standing inside the asset being discussed. For an industry built around physical places, few formats make real estate more tangible than that.
