REA is expanding its presence in Canada with the launch of REA Montreal, established in collaboration with ImmoHEC at HEC Montréal.
The partnership brings together two complementary platforms: an established local organization with deep roots in Montréal’s real estate ecosystem, and an international network designed to connect exceptional real estate talent across universities, markets and borders.
Canada’s largest student real estate community
ImmoHEC is the largest student real estate committee in Canada, bringing together a highly selective group of students around real estate investment, development, asset management and advisory. Through dedicated teams, events and industry partnerships, members gain practical exposure to financial analysis, valuation, market research and real-world projects while building relationships with professionals across the sector.
Its scale, industry access and strong local reputation make ImmoHEC an exceptional foundation for REA’s presence in Montréal.
Connecting Montréal with REA Network
Through REA Montreal, ImmoHEC members will gain access to a broader network of students, alumni, professionals and companies across Canada, North America and internationally. This partnership opens the door to cross-border events, city trips, mentorship, recruitment opportunities and relationships with peers entering the industry in other major markets.
At the same time, REA gains a strong local community in Montréal and a direct connection to one of Canada’s most established student real estate organizations.
"ImmoHEC already brings together an exceptional real estate community here in Montreal. REA gives us the opportunity to connect that scale and talent with a much broader network across Canada, North America, and beyond."
Building a national platform for Canada
REA Montreal will be led by Noé Libert, currently Executive Vice President of ImmoHEC, creating a close link between both organizations.
Noé has also been appointed Head of Canada for REA, where he will help drive the network’s expansion across leading universities and real estate organizations throughout the country.
The ambition is to connect these communities through one national platform, creating stronger links between talent in Montréal, Toronto, Vancouver and other major Canadian markets – while integrating them into REA’s wider international network.
