Universities
Zurich is the centre of Switzerland’s real estate investment industry and an important European hub for institutional capital. The city brings together major asset managers, private markets investors, insurers, banks, developers, and advisors, giving members exposure to both the Swiss market and investment activity across Europe and internationally.
Throughout the year, members take part in company visits, investment workshops, case studies, market discussions, and recruitment-focused formats with leading firms in Zurich and around. The chapter also works alongside the Real Estate Club Zurich, further connecting REA members with the city’s wider student real estate community.
As REA’s principal hub in Switzerland, Zurich plays an important role in connecting the wider Swiss and DACH network. The city also serves as a meeting point for members from other chapters through larger cross-border formats, including City Trips and joint initiatives that bring together talent and firms from across Europe.
